Rob West serves as Market Manager for Clover Property Management, leading operations across Central Florida and the East Coast markets, including Volusia County, Orange County, and Seminole County. With more than 23 years of experience in real estate, Rob brings deep expertise in residential sales, negotiations, contracts, and client management to the Clover team.

Over the course of his career, Rob has built and led high-performing real estate teams, overseen complex transactions, and developed operational systems designed to protect client investments. That experience positioned him to launch and operate a structured, results-driven property management branch focused on long-term asset performance and owner confidence.

In his role at Clover, Rob oversees property operations, owner communication, leasing strategy, maintenance coordination, vendor management, financial oversight, and compliance. He works primarily with residential single-family homes, townhomes, and lifestyle-driven properties owned by investors, second-home owners, and long-term portfolio holders.

A Florida native raised between Central Florida and New Smyrna Beach, Rob understands both the lifestyle appeal and investment potential of the properties he manages.
