Emily Cavell serves as the Director of Marketing & Brand Development at Clover Property Management, supporting markets across Pensacola, Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Orlando, and Beachside. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and real estate-adjacent marketing, she leads the strategy and systems behind Clover’s growth and brand presence.
Emily began working in real estate marketing in 2007 and has since held marketing leadership roles for brokerages and senior living communities. Over time, she developed a deep understanding of what actually drives sustainable growth—clear messaging, consistent branding, organized systems, and a willingness to refine and improve continuously.
At Clover, Emily creates and oversees all digital, print, and online marketing efforts. She develops brand standards, designs campaigns, refreshes documents, and supports the team with tools that make communication more efficient and scalable. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, it directly impacts how owners experience Clover and how the company continues to expand into new markets.
Emily thrives on organization and consistency. She enjoys building clean systems, structured documents, and streamlined processes that make information easy to understand and use. She is especially focused on anticipating issues before they arise and creating clarity in areas that can otherwise become chaotic.
To Emily, good property management is about balance. Clover operates between owners and tenants, and not every situation ends perfectly for everyone. Strong systems, fairness, communication, and accountability are what allow the company to consistently deliver a higher level of service. The team’s hundreds of five-star reviews are a reflection of that commitment.
She believes Clover stands apart because property management is its full-time focus. The company continues to grow intentionally, improve processes, and invest in experienced professionals who care about doing the job well. Emily is especially proud of helping develop and launch the Clover Partner Program, contributing to the company’s expansion across Florida.
Originally from Iowa, Emily has lived in the Pensacola and Pace area since 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking with her family, spending time on the water, traveling, reading, and planning the next adventure.
