Jennifer Wilson serves as the Field Services Manager at Clover Property Management, supporting properties across Cantonment, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Navarre, Pace, Pensacola, and Perdido. With seven years of combined experience in short-term and long-term rental management, Jennifer brings a hands-on, operationally focused approach to property care and compliance.
Jennifer’s background in short-term rentals provided a strong foundation in owner relations, guest and tenant communication, and maintenance coordination, allowing for a seamless transition into long-term property management. Her role at Clover includes maintenance coordination, onboarding preparation for new owners, owner relations, tenant compliance, tenant communication, and supervision of property inspections.
Her strongest areas of expertise include maintenance coordination, inspections, tenant relations, and lease compliance. Jennifer regularly helps resolve maintenance issues and compliance concerns, focusing on timely communication and practical solutions. She takes particular pride in the relationships she builds with owners and tenants, viewing trust and consistency as central to effective property management.
Jennifer’s approach is friendly, professional, and service-oriented. She works to ensure owners feel confident their properties are in capable hands while supporting positive tenant relationships that encourage long-term occupancy. To her, good property management means providing a hassle-free experience for owners through proactive communication, well-maintained homes, and dependable execution.
Originally from Watertown, New York, Jennifer is the spouse of an Army veteran and has lived in several locations before settling in the Pace area six years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys concerts, caring for plants, and hunting for seashells. If she’s not at work or home, she’s likely at the beach.
