Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee serves as the Leasing Director at Clover Property Management, overseeing leasing operations across Pace, Milton, Pensacola, and surrounding areas. With nearly five years of experience in property management—more than four of those focused specifically on leasing—Jessica brings a deep understanding of market conditions and the people involved in every transaction.

Jessica manages property listings, lease renewals, move-outs, application oversight, late payments, required notices, insurance and pet compliance, and tenant conflict resolution. She works closely with owners on rental pricing for listings and renewals, while keeping them informed on property condition. She also supports tenants during renewals, move-outs, payment issues, and compliance matters, providing clear expectations and next steps.

Her strongest areas of expertise include detailed lease knowledge, owner and tenant communication, and relationship management. Jessica takes pride in ensuring that when an issue arises, it is met with a clear, structured solution and handled in a way that leaves owners and tenants with a positive experience.

Before entering property management, Jessica spent 19 years working as a nanny, an experience that strengthened her communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills. That background translates directly into her leasing role, where clarity, empathy, and consistency are essential.

Jessica believes good property management is good people management. Her approach is centered on over-communication, responsiveness, and professionalism, even when delivering difficult news. She measures success through strong, long-term relationships and values the trust built through consistent service. Originally from Dothan, Alabama, Jessica has lived in the Pensacola area since childhood. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandbabies and proudly embraces her role as “Lollie.”
