Mikki Burdin

Property Manager

Mikki Burdin serves as the Property Manager at Clover Property Management, overseeing properties throughout Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties. With eight years of experience in property management—nearly seven of those with Clover—Mikki brings deep institutional knowledge and a hands-on understanding of every aspect of the management process.

Mikki began her career with Clover as a property inspector and worked her way up to Property Manager, gaining firsthand experience across nearly every role within the company. This progression gives her a unique operational perspective, as there are few scenarios she has not personally handled or mastered. Her background allows her to manage complex situations with confidence, efficiency, and clarity.

In her current role, Mikki manages staff and day-to-day operations, handles escalations from both owners and tenants, serves as a primary point of contact for owners, and oversees security deposit dispositions and dispute resolution. She regularly works with new owners during onboarding, guiding them through the leasing and management process, and supports existing owners through major turns, evictions, collections, repairs, leasing decisions, renewals, and statement questions.

Mikki’s strongest skill is relationship building—with staff, owners, and tenants—through education, transparency, and trust. She is frequently involved in resolving high-level tenant escalations, including non-renewals, compliance notices, maintenance concerns, and deposit disputes. She takes pride in addressing difficult issues directly and finding solutions that protect the property while maintaining professionalism.

Her approach is rooted in open, honest communication. Mikki believes in setting clear expectations, ensuring owners fully understand their investment and tenants clearly understand compliance requirements. To her, good property management means listening carefully, responding quickly, and applying the right balance of compassion and firmness depending on the situation.

Mikki believes Clover Property Management’s greatest strength is our team. She values the collaboration, accountability, and shared commitment that allow Clover to consistently protect owner investments while delivering reliable service. Her primary focus is maintaining the long-term value of each property—an objective that extends beyond maintenance to include compliance, financial performance, and risk management.

Originally from central Arkansas, Mikki has lived in England and Illinois before settling in the Navarre area eight years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets, as well as reading and shopping. Owners and tenants alike can expect straightforward communication, decisive action, and a manager who takes pride in doing the job the right way.
