Bobby King
Business Development
Bobby King serves in Business Development at Clover Property Management, working throughout Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. With nearly two decades of experience in property management and related industries, Bobby focuses on building strategic owner partnerships and representing Clover’s standards, systems, and long-term vision.
Bobby began his career as a mortgage lender from 2003 to 2006 before transitioning into property management in 2006. His experience includes running a full property management department, overseeing all operational aspects, and serving in community leadership roles through boards, chambers of commerce, and professional organizations. This background prepared him to work with real estate professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, healthcare professionals, and high-level investors.
At Clover, Bobby’s primary responsibility is guiding owners through the evaluation and onboarding process to determine whether a management partnership is the right fit. He frequently works with properties that are not selling due to market conditions, families transitioning properties due to assisted-living needs, investors with multi-property portfolios, and owners or companies stepping back from active management.
Bobby’s strengths lie in understanding the full picture of a successful property management process. He serves as an ambassador for the Clover team, clearly communicating how Clover’s systems, accountability, and team-based structure protect assets and improve outcomes. His approach is rooted in treating owners as business partners and executing every detail with integrity and consistency.
One of Bobby’s proudest accomplishments involved managing and structuring a 30-unit portfolio into a trust for an aging owner, allowing the properties to continue generating income for the owner’s heirs without operational stress. Originally born at Camp Lejeune while his father served in the Marine Corps, Bobby moved to Pace in 1988, attended the University of West Florida, and has lived in downtown Pensacola since 2006. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends—and proudly claims eating as his favorite hobby.
With nearly 20 years in property management, Bobby remains driven to raise industry standards through clear property expectations, tenant accountability, and honest, consistent execution.
