Jenn Ashchi serves as the Director of Business & Financial Operations at Clover Property Management, supporting the Greater Pensacola area across Santa Rosa and Escambia Counties. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and property management operations, Jenn plays a critical role in ensuring the financial accuracy, compliance, and stability behind every property Clover manages.
Jenn’s background includes over a decade helping run a high-volume real estate brokerage, where she developed deep expertise in financial oversight, process development, and regulatory compliance. That experience carries directly into her role at Clover, where precision, accountability, and consistency are essential.
At Clover, Jenn oversees all trust fund reconciliations, including tenant security deposits and client operating accounts, ensuring funds are held correctly and fully compliant with regulatory standards. She manages accounts receivable and accounts payable at the banking level to maintain clean, accurate records, and supports the team by troubleshooting complex accounting scenarios and technical issues as they arise. She also maintains company licensing and insurance to ensure ongoing compliance and protection for both the company and its clients.
Jenn’s strengths lie in accurate accounting, maintaining compliant records, and making financial information clear and accessible. She regularly assists with account questions, payment tracking, and resolving discrepancies—working to identify the root cause and ensure issues are handled correctly. She approaches her role with a strong focus on detail, consistency, and doing things the right way. At the same time, Jenn is mindful of the people behind the numbers, striving to make interactions positive and supportive for owners, tenants, vendors, and team members alike.

Born and raised in the Pensacola area, Jenn currently lives in downtown Pensacola. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling whenever she has the opportunity and is especially interested in exploring more of Japan.
